11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sedgwick County, Kansas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The version posted here governs, and the "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
