Lead Generation

Strategy is worth very little without people to talk to.

We run lead generation campaigns directly, and we maintain relationships with vetted lead vendors across practically every industry. When a business needs momentum fast, this is usually the shortest path to it.

The Problem

Most lead problems aren't lead problems.

Businesses tell us they need more leads. Sometimes that's true. Often what's actually happening is one of these:

  • The leads are fine, the follow-up isn't Speed to first contact is doing more damage than lead quality.
  • The wrong vendor for the vertical A vendor who is excellent in one industry can be worthless in another.
  • Volume bought where quality was needed Or the reverse — paying premium rates for a motion that only needs reach.
  • An offer that doesn't convert No lead source fixes a proposition people don't want.

We look at that before we sell you anything. If your close rate is the problem, more leads just make it more expensive.

Two Ways In

Campaigns we run, or vendors we broker.

I.

Managed Lead Generation

We build and run the campaign. Targeting, creative, the offer, the routing, and the reporting — with the same reframing work we bring to everything else, applied to how you're presenting what you sell.

  • Audience and targeting definition
  • Offer and message development
  • Campaign build and launch
  • Lead routing and speed-to-contact setup
  • Ongoing optimization and reporting
II.

Vetted Lead Vendor Sourcing

Sometimes you don't need a campaign built — you need to buy good leads from someone who actually has them. We maintain vendor relationships across a wide range of verticals and know which ones deliver in which industries.

  • Vendor matching by industry and lead type
  • Aged, real-time, exclusive and shared options
  • Volume and pricing guidance
  • Test structure before you commit budget
  • Honest feedback on who has slipped

Coverage

Practically any industry.

If it has customers, there's almost certainly a lead source for it. These are common requests — the list is not exhaustive, so ask about yours.

How We Work It

Test small. Then scale what survives.

The fastest way to waste money on leads is to commit to volume before you've proven the sequence works end to end. We do it the other way around.

  • Define what a good lead is Specifically, for your business, in writing — before we buy or build anything.
  • Run a controlled test Small volume, one or two sources, measured against that definition.
  • Fix the handoff first Speed to contact and follow-up cadence, because that's where most of the loss is.
  • Scale the winner Increase volume only on what has already produced.
  • Keep pressure on the vendor Quality drifts. We watch for it and move when it happens.

Common Questions

Lead generation, answered.

Real-time, aged, exclusive and shared, across consumer and B2B verticals. The right type depends on your sales capacity and your economics — exclusive real-time leads cost more and are worth it only if you can work them fast. We'll walk through which fits.

We start small on purpose. A controlled test tells you more than a large order and costs a fraction of it. Minimums vary by vendor and vertical, and we'll tell you upfront what the realistic floor is for your industry.

No. What converts depends on your offer, your pricing, your follow-up speed and your sales process — most of which sit on your side. We can influence lead quality and the handoff design. We can't promise a close rate, and you should be skeptical of anyone who does.

We work with vendors who represent that their leads are collected with appropriate consent and in accordance with applicable law. That said, telemarketing and outreach compliance obligations are yours as the contacting party, and requirements change. We strongly recommend you confirm your own obligations with qualified counsel before running any outbound campaign.

Often, yes. Some clients want the introduction and nothing more. That's a legitimate ask and we're happy to make it — though we'd usually suggest a short conversation first so we point you at the right one.
